Rich and creamy ice cream with cream cheese and blueberries. Yum!

3 cups blueberries
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup water
2 cups sugar
6oz cream cheese (I used light)
4 egg yolks
3 cups milk
1 cup cream

Combine berries, powdered sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool. Beat sugar, cream cheese, and egg yolks until smooth. Bring milk and cream to a boil. Very slowly...
