For the Cupcakes
3 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 cup Xylitol (sugar substitute)
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
6 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup 1% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups fresh blueberries, rinsed
