Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie

Adding oats to your smoothies makes them more filling. Just be sure to soak them a bit before adding them to the blender!

1 cup almond milk or cow's milk
1/4 cup regular oats
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup bluberries
1 tsp ground flax
100g Greek yogurt (vanilla or coconut flavoured)
Ice cubes
Homemade granola for topping, optional
