Light and fluffy "buttermilk" blueberry pancakes made using Greek yogurt

1 1/4 cup of AP flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1 cup of Greek yogurt {plain}
