You guys, seriously now, Blueberry Pancakes plus Lemon Thyme Infused Syrup is a fun and easy way to add a hint of sophistication to classic pancakes.

3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoon white sugar
1 1/8 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
3-4 cups of blueberries
3 tablespoons butter melted
2 cups maple syrup
3 sprigs of fresh thyme
1-2 teaspoons of lemon zest I zested half of 1 lemon
