Blueberry Vanilla Overnight Oats

My favourite quick, easy, healthy, AND delicious breakfast. Great for those rushed mornings where you still want to eat a good breakfast. Throw it together the night before, and grab it on your way out the door. Soft, thick oatmeal (kept soft with Vanilla Greek Yogurt!) loaded with brown sugar, cinnamon, and blueberries (or other berries of your choice!). Leave those pop tarts at home and grab some Overnight Oats to go!

1/2 C Quick Cooking Oats or Rolled Oats
1/3 C water
1/3 C vanilla yogurt (I like using Greek yogurt because it\'s thicker)
tiny pinch of salt
1 TBS brown sugar (or more, to taste)
a few sprinkles of cinnamon (approx 1/8 tsp)
a big handful of blueberries, other berries, or other fruit you like

Combine the oats, water, yogurt, salt, brown sugar, cinnamon, and blueberries in a container with a lid (like a Tupperware container), but do not stir it!
