This easy dinner is an upgrade from the normal spaghetti dinner. A stove top lasagna that everyone will love!

½ pound ground beef or turkey
3 cups bow tie pasta (1/2 a box)
24 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
½ Tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon italian seasoning
½ cup mozzarella cheese or Italian cheese blend
¼ cup sour cream
fresh parmesan, optional

Brown the ground beef. White that is cooking, cook the bow-tie pasta according to package directions. Drain and then drizzle the noodles with the olive oil.
