These were so easy to make and they were so yummy just what you would expect from an English Muffin, it was soft on the inside and crisper on the outside.

1 cup of milk



3 tablespoons of butter


1 egg

1/2 teaspoon of salt

2 teaspoons of sugar



3 cups of AP flour

1 1/2 teaspoons of yeast

cornmeal (as needed)
