A delicious combination of cheese, broccoli, russet and sweet potatoes.

1 medium onion ( finely chopped )
2 stalks celery ( finely chopped )
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 cups half and half
1 pound russet potatoes ( peeled and chopped )
1 pound sweet potatoes ( peeled and chopped )
