Brown Butter Biscoff Rice Crispy Treats

Everyone likes Rice crispy Treats I know, but I was looking for ways to change them up a bit and this recipe did just that, I like the creamy buttery flavor

Yield – 16 squares

1 stick unsalted butter
10 ounce bag mini marshmallows
1/2 cup Biscoff spread (or any cookie butter)
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
6 cups rice crispy cereal
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, I like to use white chocolate chips too --optional
