Soft brownie cookies filled with a chocolate frosting.

For the Brownie Cookies
1 brownie mix
1 egg
1/2 cup butter ( melted )
For the Chocolate Frosting
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup marshmallow cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons whipping cream
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup toffee bits ( optional )

Combine the brownie mix with the egg and melted butter. Roll into 48 one inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Do not over bake. Let the cookies sit on the hot baking sheet for 2 minutes then...
