1/2 small head cabbage chopped
1 small white onion chopped
4 potatoes peeled and chopped, add water to boil
1/2 cup flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs beaten
6 eggs poached
6 ham steaks heated
0.9 ounces Knorr Hollandaise Sauce pkg prepared to package directions
