Burgers made healthier and juicier by adding zucchini! Even better with homemade bread rolls!

500g mince (I used 10% fat beef)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 small onion (finely chopped)
1 small courgette/zucchini (grated)
1 egg (beaten)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs (I used homemade)
