When you take a look at the ingredients you will know this is going to be a moist, delicious tasting cake and very popular too!

1 cup of mashed bananas (fully ripened)
1 stick or 1/2 cup of unsalted butter room temp.
1 cup of sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 TBS cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
For the pecans:
2 Tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 stick or 1/2 cup of unsalted butter room temp.
