3/4 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
2 packages active dry yeast (4 1/2 teaspoons)
3 tablespoons sugar
4 cups bread flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
Oil for frying
