This delicious creamy lasagna is sure to be a hit with vegetarians and meal lovers, alike! The squash and ricotta cheese is so creamy! And then you get the spinach layer mixed with more cheese and the perfect blend of spices. I'm telling you, amazing!

Butternut Squash Filling:
1 butternut squash
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup milk (or more, if needed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Spinach Filling:
1 cup cooked spinach (8 oz uncooked)
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
pepper, to taste
Other Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Italian seasoning
Paprika
Basil
