Butterscotch Apple Fluff

This is an easy and quick dessert to fix when you don't have the time for something fancy and if you want something light after a big meal.

1 - 3oz. box of instant butterscotch pudding
1-8 oz. can of crushed pineapple, not drained
4 large apples, cored and chopped or cubed
8 oz. container of cool whip
chopped peanuts (optional) if you like peanuts and don’t have allergies to peanuts, these are a must
Mix the box of dry pudding with the pineapple in it’s juices. Add apples and cool whip and mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Serve with chopped peanuts. Allow each person to put on their own peanuts.
