These Butterscotch Pecan Muffins are made with simple ingredients and can be baked in advance. Wrapped tightly, they keep perfectly in your freezer until you need them. The muffins are decadent, sweet, and packed full of rich holiday flavors.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup butter, melted
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
¾ cup butterscotch chips
½ cup chopped pecans, toasted
