This has a graham cracker base that is then filled with caramel cheesecake swirled with vanilla cheesecake and topped with more caramel!

120g Butter, melted
1 Packet of Digestive Biscuits (or graham crackers)
500g Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 Cup Cream
For the Caramel;
1 Tin Condensed Milk
1/4 Cup Golden Syrup

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
