These are the perfect option for a salad appetizer or a light starter course. They are fun and different and look fancy even though they are so simple to prepare.

12 wonton wrappers
2½ cups Romaine lettuce, shredded
1/2 ciabatta bun bread, diced finely (preferably stale)
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
