1 cup diced seeded tomatoes
½ lb (225g) andouille sausage or kielbasa, sliced
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried oregano

½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
