{Cake Mix} Key Lime Pie Cookies

The new Pillsbury Key Lime Pie Cake Mix is the main ingredient for the cookie, and the sweetened condensed milk frosting is yummy! So quick and so good!

Cookies:
1 Box Pillsbury Key Lime Cake Mix
2/3 cup Shortening
2 Eggs

Icing:
6 Tbs. Butter, Softened
1/2 Cup Confectioners Sugar
3/4 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/8 tsp. Lemon extract
Zest of limes (optional)
