Candied Pecan Recipe

Sweet roasted pecans in a light sugar crust. Perfect as a quick snack or on top of a salad.

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans, lightly chopped
Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Whisk in the brown sugar and salt. Stir in the pecans and continue to cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes or until caramelized. Spread onto wax paper and let cool completely.
