An easy, fresh and very flavorful sandwich. It's sure to become a summertime dinner staple at your house!

2 ciabatta rolls
1 large Roma tomato, sliced
6 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
4 to 6 basil leaves

For the vinaigrette
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
pinch of sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
