Caramel, Apples and Cinnamon. I love this flavor combo. It has Fall written all over. It’s cozy, warm, and inviting.

3 Eggs
2 C Sugar
2 C Chopped Apples
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 C Vegetable Oil
1/3 C Milk
3 C Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp cinnamon
Caramel Sauce (optional)
Crumb Topping
1/2 C Flour
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Butter (cubed)
