This is honestly one of the best desserts I have ever had in my life. I'm not just saying that. I seriously have fallen in love. My husband now has a little competition :) lol Heather

Bottom crust:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
3 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 c melted unsalted butter
Cheese cake filling
2 packages cream cheese ( softened)
1/2 c white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
Topping:
4 cups peeled and thinly sliced apples
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 c Smuckers hot caramel topping
