Caramel Apple Cider Float

At my house caramel reigns supreme, I use it in and on all sorts of recipes! This time around I made an ooey-gooey Caramel Apple Cider Float with all sorts of autumn flavors. Really doesn’t matter whether your caramel is homemade, slow cooked or from a tub or jar, it will taste fabulous! I did make a little homemade cinnamon whipped cream to top if off, just another layer of flavor! A great treat, that is oh so easy!

1/2 cup vanilla bean ice cream
1/2 cup apple cider
3 T caramel, divided
2 T prepared whipped cream
Drizzle 1 T of caramel in glass, add ice cream. Pour apple cider over top. Drizzle remaining 2 T of caramel, add whipped cream. To make cinnamon whipped cream, add 1/4 t cinnamon to prepared whipped cream.
