These caramel hot fudge cookie cups are a chocolate chip cookie baked in a muffin tin and filled with a homemade hot fudge sauce and homemade caramel.

Cookie Cups;
200g Butter, softened
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup White Sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla Essence
3 ½ Cups Flour
¼ Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 ½ Cups Chocolate Chips
Caramel;
1/2 tin Condensed Milk
20g Butter
2 tbsp Golden Syrup
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
Hot Fudge Sauce;
2 Tbsp Golden Syrup
150g Dark Chocolate
50g Butter
