Caramel, Marshmallow Cookie Bars

Sweet and gooey caramel encased between a lovely soft cookie slice and the sticky marshmallows.

200 g Butter ( softened )
1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp Vanilla Essence
1 3/4 Cup White Flour
2/3 Cup Wholemeal Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
½ Tsp Baking Powder
½ Bag Marshmallows ( Chopped in half )
For the Caramel;
1 can Condensed Milk
40 g Butter
1/4 tbsp Golden Syrup
1/4 tbsp Brown Sugar
