OMG I'm in heaven every time we make these, and oh so good over steak or grilled chicken teriyaki, nothing better
1 lb white mushrooms
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
