My roommate gave this recipe, and I think they are my new favorite dessert. They were so easy to make, and they taste phenomenal. They are gooey, yet stay together. They are a quick dessert for when you are in a bunch, and if you love caramel and chocolate, you will fall in love with these Carmelitas.

11 ounce caramels ( unwrapped )
½ cup heavy whipping cream
¾ cup butter melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oats
1 cup flour
12 ounces milk chocolate chips
½ cup heavy whipping cream

In a small saucepan combine the caramels and the heavy whipping cream.
Place over low heat and stir until smooth and fully combined.
