Carp Sauce Tausi Recipe by Valent

ingredients:
500 g carp, sliced
1 egg
30 g cornstarch
500 ml cooking oil
3 tbsp tausi
3 pieces of red chilli
1 leek
2 tablespoons margarine
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce english
2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon cornstarch
How to Make: 1. Clean the meat that has been sliced??, put in the eggs that have been whipped, lift, coat with flour cornstarch until evenly, fry until dry. 2. Heat margarine, saute garlic, scallions, and chili until fragrant. Enter ketchup English, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and tausi. Season with pepper and salt, Thicken with cornstarch. 3. Set carp in the platter, then pour the sauce tausi.
