Carrot and Buckwheat Seeded Loaf

Delicious crusty, seeded loaf made with wholemeal flour, buckwheat and carrots

250ml warm water
25g fresh yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
340g wholemeal bread flour
180g buckwheat flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
140g carrot (grated)
Seeds for sprinkling on top
Crumble the yeast in the water and add the sugar then leave for about ten minutes (until it starts to froth). Add the oil and stir to combine.
