2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts ( diced into 1 inch pieces )
2 Tablespoons canola oil
1 Green Pepper Chopped
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon sunflower oil
1 Tablespoon white rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon chili garlic sauce
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts ( diced into 1 inch pieces )
2 Tablespoons canola oil

1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 Tablespoon sunflower oil
1 Tablespoon white rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon chili garlic sauce
2 Tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon pepper
In a pan over medium heat, roast cashews until golden brown. (This took me about 10 minutes!)
Remove cashews from pan and set aside.
Add canola oil and chicken to pan and cook until chicken is completely...
