Cashew Chicken with Noodles

Delicious dinner that comes together fairly quickly.

8 ounces fettuccine noodles
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon cornstarch
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 cup unsalted cashews, roughly chopped
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoon cornstarch
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 cup unsalted cashews, roughly chopped
Cook the noodles according to the package directions and drain.
In a medium bowl whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch and minced garlic. Add in the chicken and stir to coat well.
