Juicy beef patty is cooked atop a layer of onions in a cast iron skillet. Flip only once then add cheese and cook until gooey and melty. Finish with a tangy two ingredient horseradish sauce.

1 pound ground hamburger
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbs A1 Sauce
1 Tbs A1 Dry Rub
4 hamburger buns
2 Tbs butter
1 large yellow onion cut into thick slices
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 tsp oil
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup horseradish sauce
1 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbs A1 Sauce
1 Tbs A1 Dry Rub
