1 cup milk ( 2%)
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
1tbsp maple syrup ( dark)
1/8 tsp ground cardamom
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
pinch black pepper
1 black tea bag
2 tbsp pumpkin puree

1 black tea bag
Mix all ingredients together,except the tea bag, in a large glass mug.Place in microwave on high for 2min,25sec.Stirring half way through.When time is up place tea bag in and steep for 3/12 min.
Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
