CHEDDAR DUCHESS POTATOES

Cheese, potatoes, egg yolks, and seasonings come together to make these cheddar duchess potatoes into something you will “wow” over!

8 medium potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1/4 - 1/3 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 egg beaten
1 egg yolk
1/4 cup melted butter
