Cheese Balls

Mom used to make these for holidays. I always burned my mouth on the first bite because I wasn't patient enough to wait until they were cool to eat. Tim and I really like these little bites. Teri doesn't like the cheese part and Traci hates the green olives. What do they know?

2 c grated sharp cheese
1/2 c softened butter
1 1/4 c sifted flour
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp paparika
36 green olives with pimento

Blend cheese & butter. Add flour, Tabasco, & paprika and mix together. Wrap a piece of the dough around each olive. Chill. Bake @ 400° 15-20 minutes Serve warm.
