Almost every ingredient is fresh and it’s all pureed in a blender to make it smooth and creamy! You will love it!

3 cups cubed, peeled potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups chicken broth
1 3/4 cups water
1/2 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
6 carrots, peeled and diced
3 Tbls all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
parsley, for garnish

In large saucepan, combine the first 8 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
