1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 jar maraschino cherries (reserve juice)
Frosting:
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp butter
1 cup powdered sugar
dash of salt
1-2 tsp reserved cherry juice
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
