The chocolate chip cookie meets the fudge brownie in this gooey, melt-in-your mouth brookie. This brookie consists of a chewy, buttery chocolate chip cookie baked onto a decadent, fudgy chocolate brownie.

1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2½ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup canola oil
½ cup all-purpose flour
