Chewy Gingerbread Men

A Holiday favorite for any cookie lover! These little guys will put a smile on your face and give happiness to anyone you share them with!

3 Cups flour
2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 Cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
3/4 Cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 Cup molasses
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside. Combine butter and sugar in a mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add molasses, egg and vanilla until well...
