Rich, chocolaty cookies stuffed with Nutella and peanut butter chips!

1/2 C butter, softened
1/2 C brown sugar
1/3 C sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 C Nutella
1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 C peanut butter chips
