Chicken and Spinach in Feta Cream Sauce

Chicken and Spinach smothered in a creamy feta sauce. It’s quick and easy to make and simply divine to eat.

(3) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or chopped.

3 cloves of minced garlic

1/4 cup of chopped onion

1 lb of fresh spinach

1 cup of chicken broth

8 oz of plain Greek yogurt or light sour cream

1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup of parmesan cheese

Pepper to taste

1 lb of Penne or Rigatoni Pasta
