This is a great lunch or even dinner sometimes at our house! My kids love it and it is super easy to make and sooo good!!

2 chicken breasts- I used canned chicken sometimes too
1/2 cup Mayo
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon crushed red peppers
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of sweet relish- I usually use more because I love it!
I use store bought croissonts or I use the refrigerated ones too. Sometimes I just use some gool ol' wheat bread, it is your choice! I sometimes add dried cranberries or grapes and I have had it with glazed pecans and it is super yummy!
