Chicken Salad on Pineapple Slices

Take your Avocado Chicken Salad to another level by serving it on pineapple slices! A perfect appetizer for any party or gathering!

1 1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
1 large avocado , cubed
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 tablespoons lime juice
salt and pepper , to taste
1/4 cup mayo
1 medium pineapple , halved and cut into triangles (check out the video above)
finely chopped cilantro or parsley , for garnish
