Chicken Salad Stuffed Tomato!

Cut the tops of the tomatoes off and carefully scoop out the centers. Set aside. (Again you can serve this chicken salad anyway you would like, I just am doing tomatoes tonight) Place all the rest of the ingredients in the bowl. Mix thoroughly. Add more mayo if it is too dry. Place a little lettuce on each plate and top with a tomato. Scoop some of the chicken salad into each tomato, heaping it up on the top. Serve. My son doesn’t like tomatoes so tonight his is served in a wrap with a little lettuce.
