1 package quinoa (5.46 oz) - we use Roland\'s Garden Vegetable
1 pack Nature\'s Promise Chicken sausage Hot Italian
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1 1/2 cups red marinara sauce
1 pack Nature\'s Promise Chicken sausage Hot Italian

For quinoa:
In small pot, bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil. Add quinoa and packet seasoning and mix thoroughly.
Let simmer for 14-18 minutes or until water is fully absorbed. Stir and serve.
