Delicious and tender chicken schnitzel with two toppings/sauces. YUM

2 tablespoons red onion (diced small)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic (minced)
juice of one lemon

1-2 teaspoon fresh dill (chopped)
1 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 cup white button mushrooms (sliced)
